Black Star Farms Arcturos Pinot Gris is a dry white wine produced by Black Star Farms, a celebrated winery located on the Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula in northern Michigan. The winery has been crafting estate wines since 1998, farming over 88 acres of vineyards in some of Michigan's most prized wine-growing regions.
This Pinot Gris showcases the cool-climate character of Michigan viticulture, offering bright aromas of ripe melon, pear, and citrus with a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with balanced acidity, making it an excellent pairing for light seafood dishes, chicken, pasta, and fresh salads.
Black Star Farms is renowned for its estate-grown wines that reflect the unique terroir of northern Michigan's Great Lakes-influenced climate.
