Roserock Zéphirine Pinot Noir is a prestige cuvée from Roserock Vineyard, a 226-acre estate in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA of Oregon's Willamette Valley, owned and farmed by the Drouhin family of Burgundy. The wine is named after "Zéphirine Drouhin," a heritage variety of thornless climbing rose, and is crafted from the finest selected barrels of the estate's Pinot Noir harvest.
The Zéphirine is known for its aromatic intensity and elegance, offering notes of roses, violets, fresh strawberry, red cherry, and cacao, with a silky texture and lively acidity. The wine is aged primarily in neutral French oak barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit while adding subtle structure. Roserock Vineyard is LIVE certified sustainable, reflecting the Drouhin family's commitment to farming practices that honor both the land and the environment.
This 750ml bottle represents one of the more sought-after Oregon Pinot Noirs available at Costco, typically retailing around $69 per bottle and often appearing as a limited-quantity find.
