Laphroaig 27 Year Old Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky is a rare, limited-edition expression from one of Scotland's most iconic Islay distilleries. Mature Laphroaig whisky previously aged in refill hogsheads was transferred into first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and refill quarter casks, then patiently aged in the distillery's famous Warehouse No. 1 before hand-selected casks were blended for the final bottling. Bottled at 41.7% ABV, this whisky underwent double maturation to develop exceptional depth, character, and complexity.

On the nose, a sharp tropical fruit burst mingles with macadamia nuts, vanilla, wet ash, and a sprinkling of sea salt. The palate opens with soft citrus and delightful notes of nectarines, banana, and lychee, followed by sweet smouldering smoke, jalapeños in brine, white pepper spice, punchy nutty espresso, and polished wood. The finish is long and dry with tobacco tin, spicy oak, citrus, and a touch of leather. Presented in a white wooden box with hand-carved images of the distillery inside.
