Louis Roederer Brut Nature is a zero-dosage Champagne from the prestigious Champagne region of France, produced by the renowned Maison Louis Roederer. This exceptional cuvée represents the house's first non-dosage release, a bold departure crafted in collaboration with iconic French designer Philippe Starck, who was involved in both the blending philosophy and the distinctive bottle design.

The wine is sourced entirely from organic estate parcels in Cumières, Hautvillers, and Vertus, blending approximately two-thirds Pinot Noir with one-third Chardonnay. The grapes are co-pressed and fermented in a combination of large oak vats and stainless steel, then bottled at lower-than-typical pressure (4.5 atmospheres rather than the standard 6) to allow the wine's natural texture to express itself on the palate. No malolactic fermentation is performed, preserving bright acidity and freshness.

With no added dosage sugar, Brut Nature is among the driest styles of Champagne. Critics describe the wine as dense and powerful, with layers of citrus zest, persimmon, pear, chalk, anise, and white flowers, complemented by a silky, cloud-like texture and a long, saline finish. Scores from major critics range from 91 to 94 points across Wine Spectator, Wine & Spirits, James Suckling, International Wine Cellar, and Robert Parker. It is best served well chilled and may benefit from decanting to reveal full depth and roundness. Alcohol content is approximately 12%.
