Recoltant Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a single-varietal wine sourced from the Coombsville appellation of Napa Valley, crafted by acclaimed winemaker Julien Fayard. Coombsville is known for its warm, sun-drenched days with sunlight radiating off volcanic soils and refreshingly cool nights, producing wines with rich, dense fruit, ample structure, and vibrant brightness.

Julien Fayard brings more than two decades of winemaking expertise to this project, with roots in Provence and Bordeaux — including time at Château Lafite Rothschild and Smith Haut Laffite — before establishing himself in Napa Valley. His philosophy centers on producing wines that are pure expressions of their terroir. The Recoltant label is designed to be approachable while showcasing the distinctive character of each specific growing region.

This Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon earned 93 Points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, with notes of pure cassis, pencil shavings, tobacco leaves, dried violets, and dark chocolate on the nose. The palate is restrained and mineral-driven with dusty tannin texture, bursts of freshness, and a long floral finish. Only 510 cases were produced.
