10,000 Hours Red Blend is a Bordeaux-inspired red wine from the renowned Red Mountain AVA in Washington State, one of the most celebrated wine appellations in the Pacific Northwest. Crafted by winemaker Joshua Maloney, this estate-grown blend showcases the bold, structured character for which Red Mountain is famous.
The blend is anchored by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, rounded out with Petit Verdot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged in French and American oak, developing aromas of Bing cherry, dusty plum, dried blueberry, and cocoa powder. On the palate, it delivers flavors of cassis, dark cherry, and blackberry with a chocolaty, spice-laden finish. The wine carries approximately 14.5โ15% ABV and pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes.
