Kerr Cellars Sauvignon Blanc is a boutique Napa Valley white wine from the winery founded in 2013 by sommelier and professional golfer Cristie Kerr. The wine is sourced from vineyards in the cool Carneros AVA of Napa Valley, known for producing elegant, aromatic white wines.
This Sauvignon Blanc is crafted as a blend of approximately 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Sémillon, barrel fermented in French oak (10% new) and aged nine months sur lie. The result is a medium-bodied wine with bright acidity and a textural, rounded mouthfeel. Expect vibrant aromas of green apple, jalapeño, white pepper, and fennel, with a crisp, refreshing finish. The sur lie aging adds complexity and a creamy texture uncommon in most Sauvignon Blancs.
Each bottle is 750 ML and is sold as a case of six through Costco warehouse pricing.
