Château Haut Nouchet is a classic red Bordeaux blend from the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation, located at the gates of Martillac in the Gironde, in the heart of the Graves region south of Bordeaux. This 750ml bottle is part of a case of six.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, reflecting the traditional character of the Pessac-Léognan appellation. It exhibits classic Bordeaux notes of cassis, dark cherry, tobacco, leather, and a distinctive minerality, with fine-grained, structured tannins and a well-balanced finish. Pessac-Léognan is one of Bordeaux's most celebrated appellations, known for producing wines of remarkable complexity and aging potential.
Château Haut Nouchet has earned gold medals at the Concours des Féminalismes for multiple vintages and received strong critical scores from major wine publications. The wine pairs well with beef, game, poultry, and aged cheeses.
