This añejo is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco. The agave hearts are slow-roasted in stone ovens for 36 to 54 hours before being ground using traditional methods. The resulting spirit is aged for up to 14 months in ex-Bourbon barrels that have been lined with agave syrup, imparting exceptional depth and balance.
