Eroica Gold Riesling is a semi-sweet Auslese-style Riesling from Washington's Columbia Valley, produced through the celebrated collaboration between Chateau Ste. Michelle and renowned German winemaker Dr. Ernst Loosen. Sold in a 500ml bottle, it is part of a case of six.

This wine combines the bright, natural acidity characteristic of Washington State Riesling with 30–50% botrytis-influenced grapes, creating concentrated, ripe flavors with a touch of sweetness. The wine is 100% Riesling, with an alcohol content of approximately 9.5%, residual sugar around 9g/100mL, and a total acidity of 0.87g/100mL. On the palate, it delivers lush orange marmalade and ripe stone fruit flavors with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Eroica Gold pairs beautifully with Asian dishes, Indian curries, crab, and scallops. It is best served slightly chilled and makes an excellent dessert companion or aperitif.
