Austerity Chardonnay is a California white wine sourced from Monterey's Arroyo Seco appellation, a cool-climate region known for producing grapes of exceptional complexity and richness. The winemakers craft this wine with the goal of delivering premier appellation character without excess, making it an outstanding value for its quality.

This creamy, layered Chardonnay opens with inviting aromas of crème brûlée, golden apples, and toasted marshmallows. On the palate, tropical fruit and pineapple flavors emerge, complemented by a velvety texture and a rich, buttery finish. The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation and is aged for 8 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, contributing to its smooth, well-rounded character.
