Poblets del Montsant Tinto is a Spanish red blend from the Montsant DO in Catalonia, produced by Copa Llena winery. Created through the collaboration of Anne Cannan and Miquel Compte of Clos Figueras in Priorat, this wine showcases the terroir of vineyards surrounding the celebrated Priorat region in northeastern Spain.

The blend combines Grenache, Carignan, and Shiraz/Syrah grapes sourced from hand-picked vineyards with vines ranging from 20 to 50 years old on varying soil types. The wine is aged seven months in new French and American oak casks, resulting in 14% alcohol by volume.

Red fruits on the nose evolve into a spicy, balsamic, and toasty character with great freshness. Full and rich on the palate, it shows hints of oak and a delightful spiciness with good acidity. Pairs well with beef, lamb, and pasta dishes. Contains sulfites.
