Joel Gott Barrel Aged Chardonnay is a premium California white wine sourced from diverse appellations across the North Coast and Central Coast, drawing fruit from Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Monterey, and Santa Barbara. The wine is 100% Chardonnay with an alcohol content of 14.3%.

The grapes are fermented and aged in a blend of French oak barrels — approximately 30% new barrels and 70% one- to two-year-old barrels — for 6 to 8 months, imparting complexity, depth, and a rich, creamy texture. This barrel program gives the wine its signature toasted oak and vanilla character.

On the nose, the wine offers aromas of ripe peaches, apricots, and honeysuckle with hints of baking spices. The palate opens with flavors of crisp apple and stone fruit, leading to a round mouthfeel with soft tannins and a long finish of toasted oak and spice. It pairs well with roasted chicken, lobster, and creamy pasta dishes.
