Big Nose Kate is a first-of-its-kind blend of straight American Rye Whiskey and American Single Malt, crafted by award-winning Master Blender Melissa Heim. The whiskey is batch blended and bottled in Santa Fe, New Mexico, using carefully sourced barrels aged 4 to 6 years from some of the best producers in the United States.

The mash bill is 53.2% rye and 46.8% malted barley, bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). It is non-chill filtered and rested in heavy char American oak casks and STR Cuvee casks. The nose features dried fruit, biscuits, bitter chocolate, coffee, orange peel, and a wisp of mint. The palate is fully bodied with a rich mouthfeel, opening with dry sherry and cherry fruit, cereal grain, and green apple, finishing with baking spices and cocoa.

Named after the fierce frontier woman Maria "Big Nose Kate" Horony, this western whiskey pays tribute to the spirit of the Old West. It is excellent served straight, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
