Centovie Pecorino is a crisp, aromatic Italian white wine produced by Umani Ronchi, one of the Marche region's most celebrated and historic wineries. Crafted from the ancient indigenous Pecorino grape variety — named after the sheep (pecora) that once grazed among the hillside vineyards — this wine is sourced from the rolling hills of central Italy's Adriatic coast.

The wine delivers vibrant notes of white peach, citrus zest, tropical fruit, and delicate floral aromas, with a refreshing, mineral-driven finish characteristic of the Pecorino varietal. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve its natural freshness and fruit-forward character. On the palate, expect a well-balanced acidity, medium body, and a clean, lingering finish that makes it exceptionally food-friendly.
