Chanson Père & Fils Beaune Premier Cru "Clos des Mouches" Blanc is a prestigious white Burgundy from one of the Côte de Beaune's most celebrated vineyard sites. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this Premier Cru bottling comes from Domaine Chanson's 4.5-hectare holding within the Clos des Mouches vineyard — making Chanson the second-largest owner of this historic site after Joseph Drouhin. Each case contains six 750ml bottles.

The wine displays a pale gold color with a complex aromatic profile featuring floral notes, citrus, pale stone fruit, and delicate minerality. On the palate it is rich, well-structured, and balanced, with nuances of lemon, white peach, and subtle spice. The Domaine Chanson estate rigorously farms 43 hectares across the Côte de Beaune, with a long history tracing back to the 18th century, ensuring consistent quality and terroir expression in every vintage.

This wine pairs beautifully with pan-seared foie gras, roasted lobster, scallops, and aged cheeses such as Comté or Cîteaux. It is best served at 12–14°C and can be cellared for 8–15 years depending on the vintage.
