Trombetta Family Wines Chardonnay Sonoma Mountain is a single-appellation Chardonnay from one of Sonoma County's most celebrated terroirs. Founded in 2010 by Rickey and Roger Trombetta, the winery is led by winemaker Erica Stancliff, whose terroir-driven philosophy allows the distinctive character of each vineyard site to shine through.

Sonoma Mountain is a prestigious sub-appellation within Sonoma County, situated above the fog line with well-drained volcanic soils and abundant sunshine, ideal for producing structured, expressive Chardonnay. Stancliff's approach employs traditional winemaking methods including hand harvesting, whole cluster pressing, and ambient yeast fermentation. The resulting wine is known for its balance of richness and restraint, with creamy texture and a long finish. Expect aromas of stone fruit, citrus, and light oak, with a palate driven by the mountain vineyard's natural acidity and mineral character.
