Sun Goddess Sauvignon Blanc, Friuli, Italy 750ml

Sun Goddess Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Friuli Venezia Giulia DOC appellation in northeastern Italy, produced by the renowned Fantinel family winery in collaboration with Grammy Award-winning artist Mary J. Blige. The Fantinel family has cultivated Friulian vineyards for three generations, managing over 300 hectares across the region's most prestigious denominations and exporting to more than 90 countries.

The wine displays a straw-yellow color with lively greenish tinges. Its intensely aromatic nose delivers tropical and spicy notes of passion fruit, banana, and melon — hallmarks of Friuli's mineral-rich terroir and the region's dramatic day-to-night temperature swings that concentrate both acidity and aromatic complexity. On the palate, it is structured yet elegant, balancing vibrant acidity with a velvety smoothness and a long, clean finish.

Grapes are hand-selected and harvested at peak ripeness in early September. Fermentation proceeds with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 60°F, followed by four months of maturation in stainless steel to preserve the wine's fresh, fruit-forward character. ABV is 12.5%.
