Troon Vineyard Vermentino is an estate biodynamic organic white wine from the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon, produced by one of the region's most acclaimed natural wine estates. Drawing on the varietal's Mediterranean origins, Troon's Vermentino consistently ripens to a perfect balance of acidity, sugars, and flavors in the Siskiyou Mountain foothills.

The wine is made with no additives, acid or sugar adjustments, enzymes, or sulfur additions at crush. Primary fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous native yeasts and bacteria. A portion of the fruit undergoes brief skin contact before pressing, with the juice then fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. The finished wine is unfined and unfiltered, vegan friendly, and sealed with a DIAM Origine cork on a lightweight 467-gram bottle with tree-free labels.

Tasting notes feature aromas of citrus, white flowers, and saline minerality, with a palate of lemony citrus rind, pear, grapefruit, and wildflowers, backed by crisp acidity and a stony, lingering finish.
