Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier's Premier Millésimé is a refined dry white wine from the Pouilly-Fumé appellation in France's Loire Valley, crafted exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on distinctive silex (flint) soils. This is sold as a 6-bottle case, each bottle 750ML.

The wine presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and offers an expressive bouquet of white flowers, citrus, nettle, and dill, layered with concentrated green fruit and tropical notes underpinned by characteristic mineral and smoky flint nuances. On the palate it is elegant and well-balanced with crisp acidity, a chalky texture, and a long aromatic finish with a slightly smoky aftertaste. Alcohol is approximately 13.5% ABV.
