Numanthia Termes is a 100% Tempranillo red wine from the Toro appellation in Castilla y León, Spain, produced by Bodega Numanthia. The Tempranillo grape is known locally in Toro as Tinta de Toro, a thick-skinned clone that thrives in the region's extreme continental climate, yielding deeply concentrated, full-bodied wines.

This wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, contributing structure and complexity while preserving the bold fruit character of the varietal. In the glass it pours a deep, dark ruby with aromas of black cherry, raspberry, pepper, and earth. On the palate, flavors of black cherry, plum, and boysenberry emerge with herbal notes toward a dry, acidic finish. Despite a generous alcohol level of 15.5%, the wine remains clean and vibrant, leaning toward a modern, fruit-forward style rather than a rustic profile.
