This specialty cheese features a fragrant ale aroma, balanced cheddar and nutty flavors, and finishes with a distinctive hop character. Crafted in South Woodstock, Vermont by Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company, this limited edition collaboration showcases the brewery's flagship 420 Extra Pale Ale (5.7% ABV) which has been brewed since April 20, 1997. Excellent melted on burgers, in grilled cheese sandwiches, cheddar soup, or fondue, and pairs perfectly with any craft beer.
