Sabbatical Distillery Lemon Flavored Vodka is a farm-grown spirit crafted on Victoria Island in the California Delta. Made with Meyer lemon peels from the heart of the Golden State, this citrus vodka features a combination of infusion and vapor extraction of essences from California lemon peels to create a bright profile with rich flavors and aromas.

Surprising sweet notes throughout give it a drinking style reminiscent of limoncello with a lighter body that finishes clean. No artificial flavors or sweeteners are added. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ML bottle.

Sabbatical Distillery is located on Victoria Island Farms, a 7,000-acre farm of rich organic peat soil in the Northern California Delta. The distillery operates out of a former asparagus processing facility, creating premium spirits from farm-harvested ingredients.
