Bib & Tucker Gold Roast is a small batch Tennessee bourbon aged a minimum of 6 years in new American oak barrels, then finished by steeping with whole roasted Arabica coffee beans sourced from Muletown Coffee Roasters, a Tennessee-based specialty roaster. The result is a coffee-infused bourbon bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV).

On the nose, Gold Roast opens with deep aromas of freshly brewed coffee and rich molasses, layered with subtle notes of sweet corn and spice. The palate delivers smooth vanilla and young oak interwoven with milk chocolate, while the finish is medium-long with lingering oak, vanilla, a hint of dark roast coffee, and brown spice. Versatile enough to enjoy neat, on the rocks, or as the base of an elevated Old Fashioned.
