Rico's Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce is a condensed, commercial-grade cheddar cheese sauce sold in a #10 can (107 oz / 6 lb 11 oz). Family-owned Rico's has been producing this beloved sauce since 1909, and this condensed formula is their most popular product, designed to maximize yield for foodservice and large-quantity use.

To prepare, add up to 52 oz of water or jalapeño juice (or a combination) and stir until smooth. Serve warm at 140–160°F. The sauce is excellent for nachos, enchiladas, macaroni and cheese, cheese fries, and baked potato toppings. It contains 0g trans fat and no hydrogenated oils. Refrigerate after opening and store in a cool, dry place.
