Tabor Winery's Mt. Tabor Chardonnay is a dry white wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from vineyards in the Lower Galilee region of Israel. Sold at Costco in a 750mL bottle, this wine is certified Kosher and Kosher for Passover, certified by OK Kosher. It is not Mevushal.

The wine displays a cool, hay-green color that is light and nearly translucent. On the nose, it offers classic Chardonnay aromatics with hints of butter, oak, apple, melon, and a touch of lime. On the palate, bright acidity is the defining characteristic, carrying through from entry to the finish. This wine pairs well with grilled sea bass, fettuccine alfredo, and other light seafood or cream-based dishes. Alcohol content is approximately 13%.
