Knob Creek Single Barrel Rye Whiskey Kentucky 750ml

Knob Creek Single Barrel Rye Whiskey is a premium Kentucky straight rye whiskey produced at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Each bottle is drawn from a single, hand-selected barrel, meaning no two batches are exactly alike — the barrel number and bottling details are printed directly on the label.

Crafted with a high-rye mash bill and aged in deeply charred new American oak barrels, this whiskey delivers a bold and complex character. Tasting notes include expansive aromas of herbs, spice, and nuanced oak, with a palate of bold rye spice, vanilla, and caramel undertones. The finish is long, warm, and smooth with lingering spice. Bottled at cask strength — typically around 115 proof (57.5% ABV) — it offers an intense, full-bodied expression suited for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.

The Single Barrel Select program allows individual retailers, including Costco warehouses, to hand-pick a specific barrel that meets their flavor profile preferences, making each Costco selection a unique, limited offering. Once the barrel is gone, that exact expression cannot be replicated.
