Damana 5 is a dry red wine crafted by Bodegas y Viñedos Tábula, a boutique winery situated on the prestigious "Golden Mile" of Ribera del Duero, Spain. Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, this wine expresses the essence of one of Spain's most celebrated wine regions, where old vines yield concentrated, complex fruit.

The grapes are hand harvested and undergo a temperature-controlled soak before alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged for approximately 6 months in a blend of French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, lending subtle spice and structure while preserving fresh fruit character. Deep cherry red in color, the wine offers an intense nose of fresh red berries with spicy hints, followed by a sweet, fresh, and fruity palate with balanced acidity and a pleasant finish. Notes of cassis, wild raspberry, black cherry, clove, and mocha are typical across vintages. It pairs well with grilled meats, steak, roasted chicken, Manchego cheese, and grilled octopus.
