Adobe Road Winery's Sangiacomo Pinot Noir is sourced from the celebrated Roberts Road Vineyard, farmed by the Sangiacomo family in California's windswept Sonoma Coast appellation. The vineyard's cool maritime climate and distinctive terroir produce Pinot Noir grapes of exceptional character and complexity.

This wine exhibits vibrant aromas of ripe cherries, earthy undertones, and hints of spice, with a flavor profile that balances fruit-forward richness and mineral depth. Expect notes of dark cherry, crushed stone, pressed violets, charred earth, and light baking spices across the palate, with smooth tannins and fresh acidity providing a long, elegant finish. Adobe Road ferments select Pinot Noir clones — including 115, 777, and Pommard — using native yeasts in small batches, then ages the wine in light and medium toasted French oak barrels to add structure and aromatic lift.
