Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Rosé is a 100% Pinot Noir rosé wine from the prestigious Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley, France. Produced by the Bourgeois family, who have cultivated Pinot Noir in Chavignol with artisan standards for ten generations, this wine is made using the saignée method — juice obtained by draining vats of Pinot Noir after 48 hours of cold maceration.

On the nose, the wine offers ripe red fruits including red cherry, cranberry, and red currant blossom with hints of white tea and dried field grass. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, with flavors of wild strawberries, candied cherries, tangerine, and mild spices. Medium-bodied with a round, mellow texture and a crisp, harmonious finish.
