Bulleit Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a premium, hand-selected expression from the Bulleit Distilling Company, crafted in the tradition established by Tom Bulleit in 1987. Each bottle comes from a single, individually chosen barrel selected by the master distiller, making every bottle a unique expression with its own distinct character and depth.

The bourbon is made from a high-rye mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, then aged in new, charred American oak barrels. The single barrel process concentrates flavor and complexity, resulting in a richer, bolder profile than standard blended expressions. Proof varies by barrel, typically ranging from 104 to 125.

Tasting notes include deep amber color with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and dried fruit with hints of oak and spice. On the palate it is smooth and full-bodied with flavors of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, oak, and a touch of smokiness, finishing long and warm with lingering complexity.
