Ely by Callaway Cellars is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the acclaimed Paso Robles wine region of California's Central Coast, San Luis Obispo County. The wine is named in honor of Ely Reeves Callaway, who founded Callaway Cellars more than 40 years ago with a vision to craft fruit-forward, approachable California wines for everyday enjoyment.

This Cabernet Sauvignon presents a dark ruby color with aromas of blackberry, spice, and warm oak. On the palate, it delivers rich flavors of ripe plum, vanilla oak, and cola with a robust, lingering finish. It is classified as a dry, full-bodied single varietal wine with an ABV of approximately 13.9%. Sold as a case of 12 bottles, each 750ml.
