Rosebank 31 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

Rosebank 31 Year Old – Legacy Release Two is a rare Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, triple distilled and matured for over three decades in a combination of refill sherry butts and refill bourbon hogsheads. Bottled at 48.1% ABV with natural colour and no chill-filtration, this is the second release in Rosebank's Legacy series, drawing from casks laid down before the distillery's closure in 1993. Distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2022, it is presented in a luxury gift box.

On the nose, expect citrus bursts, soft vanilla, and candied almonds. The palate brings camomile, berry, and baked banana, while the finish delivers sweet peach, oak, and lingering herbal notes. The whisky showcases Rosebank's signature unpeated, floral, and elegant Lowland character — the result of its historic triple-distillation process.

This release earned Best in Show and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025, as well as Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2025. Best enjoyed neat in fine glassware to appreciate its full complexity.
