Bowmore 22 Year Old Masters' Selection is a prestigious collaboration between the legendary Islay distillery Bowmore and British luxury automaker Aston Martin, uniting two icons of craftsmanship and heritage. This Islay single malt scotch whisky is the product of distillate from both 1997 and 2000, matured in American oak ex-bourbon hogsheads and European oak sherry butts before being finished in Tawny Port casks. It is bottled at 103 proof (approximately 51.5% ABV).

The whisky was crafted through a creative partnership between Bowmore's master blender Ron Welsh and Aston Martin's chief creative officer Marek Reichman, drawing inspiration from their shared values of heritage and innovation, as well as the mathematical principles of the Golden Ratio. On the nose, it delivers sweet and fruity notes of heather honey, vanilla, cherries, and lychees, with a floral character and hints of eucalyptus, oak spices, liquorice, and fresh tobacco leaves. The palate is rich with malty spice notes of vanilla fudge, golden syrup, butterscotch, thyme, white pepper, dry oak, hazelnut, Demerara sugar, maple syrup, and dates. The finish is sweet and woody, with liquorice sticks, spicy warmth, and a lingering touch of Islay peat smoke.
