Casas del Bosque La Cantera Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant white wine from the Casablanca Valley in Chile, part of the winery's Botanic Series. It was developed in collaboration with New Zealand consultant Sam Harrop MW to capture the maximum aromatic expression of Casablanca, debuting with the 2019 vintage.

The grapes are sourced from the estate's La Cantera vineyard, planted on a red clay hillside of decomposed granite facing east — ideally positioned to capture both sun exposure and the cooling Pacific sea breezes characteristic of the Casablanca Valley. The winemaking focuses on maximizing thiol expression through cold-stabilization techniques, creating distinct layered aromatics. The wine offers pronounced notes of grapefruit and passion fruit with boxwood undertones, supported by a lively, vertical acidity that carries across the palate.

Serve chilled at 5–7°C. Best enjoyed within 2 years of vintage. Pairs well with fish in citric and tropical preparations such as tuna tiradito, or green salads with sautéed shrimp and mango.
