D de Dauzac is a red Bordeaux wine produced by Château Dauzac, a Grand Cru Classé estate in the Margaux appellation. This wine is crafted from grapes grown on argilo-graveleux (clayey-gravelly) terroirs, with fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by ageing in a combination of vats and barrels for approximately one year.

The blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon (approximately 55–60%) with Merlot (40–44%), trained using double Guyot pruning. The wine displays a vibrant ruby color with fresh aromas of ripe fruit and hints of spice. On the palate, the Cabernet-Merlot blend delivers excellent balance with a full, delicate mouthfeel and a clean, delicious finish. It is best enjoyed between 1 and 10 years from vintage and pairs well with white meats, poultry, red meats, cheeses, and vegan dishes.

D de Dauzac has been certified 100% vegan since 2016, finished with plant proteins rather than animal-derived fining agents. It is the entry-level wine from Château Dauzac and represents the estate's commitment to respectful, virtuous viticulture.
