Remix Old Vines White Blend is a California white wine crafted by Master Sommelier Willie Sherer. This blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon is sourced primarily from the Lolonis family's organically and dry-farmed vines, planted in 1942 and believed to be the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines in the United States.

The wine features aromas of summer citrus, Meyer lemon, white peach, and crisp green apple, along with hints of chamomile, mandarin blossom, ginger, and spice. The mouthfeel is vibrant and satisfying with great acidity, weight, and balance, leading to a long-lasting finish. ABV is 14.1%, with a cork closure, and best served at 50°F.

Pairs well with grilled shrimp, shellfish, fish, soft cheeses, and Cobb salad.
