Dom Clef de Saint Thomas Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rhône Valley 750ML

Domaine Clef de Saint Thomas produces this elegant Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge from the renowned Rhône Valley appellation in southern France. The wine is crafted from a balanced blend of approximately equal parts Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah sourced from three distinct terroir sites within the appellation: Les Serres in the south with rolled pebbles and aged Grenache vines, Les Charbonnières in the north on clayey sand soils, and Cansaud in the west on sandstone.

The grapes are hand-harvested and fully destemmed before fermentation in a combination of vats, barriques, and demi-muids at controlled temperatures, followed by 3–4 months of aging on fine lees. The vineyard holds HVE Level 3 certification for sustainable agricultural practices and maintains deliberately low yields of 30–35 hl/ha to concentrate flavor. The 2024 vintage received a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2026.

On the palate, the wine delivers very elegant raspberries and spices with truffle notes, with a charming and crisp character built on fine tannins and aromatic richness. Serve at 15–16°C alongside red meats, grilled preparations, duck breast, or a cheese board.
