Domaine de la Galopière Cuvée Perle Rare is a Bourgogne AOC Pinot Noir from the prestigious Burgundy region of France, produced by the Fournier family whose roots run deep in the renowned village of Pommard. Grapes are hand-picked from 35-year-old vines on prime parcels in Pommard, then meticulously sorted on sorting tables to select only the finest fruit for this special cuvée.

The wine is aged 10 to 24 months in French oak barrels, developing concentrated red fruit character with fine, silky tannins and a long aromatic finish. In the glass it pours a pale ruby with aromas of cherry, raspberry, and rhubarb, offering a pleasant, medium-bodied profile suited for everyday enjoyment. Alcohol content is 13%. It pairs well with grilled meats, poultry in sauce, foie gras, and soft cheeses.
