Château La Négly Blanc is a white wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, produced by the prestigious family-owned Château La Négly estate located in Fleury d'Aude, in the La Clape appellation. The estate spans over 40 hectares of Mediterranean vineyards and is recognized as one of the top wine producers in the region.
This white wine showcases the aromatic character of the Languedoc, with a vibrant color and a nose featuring aromas of exotic fruit, mango, and white peach with notes of fresh almond. The palate is powerful and generous, with an exquisite mineral finish that enhances its complexity. Grapes are hand-harvested, reflecting the estate's commitment to quality. The wine contains 13% alcohol by volume and contains sulfites.
The wine pairs well with poultry, lean fish, pasta, vegetarian dishes, and as an aperitif.
