Domaine Serene 'Evenstad Reserve' Brut is a prestigious sparkling wine crafted in the traditional méthode champenoise style from Oregon's renowned Willamette Valley. Inspired by the great Champagnes enjoyed by the Evenstad family, this multi-vintage cuvée draws from some of the most coveted estate vineyard sites in the Dundee Hills appellation.

The wine is composed of 68% Pinot Noir and 32% Chardonnay, barrel-fermented and aged in oak for eight months before bottling. It then undergoes an extended tirage aging of approximately 38 months before disgorgement, developing remarkable depth and complexity. The wine carries 12.2% alcohol by volume.

On the nose, the Evenstad Reserve Brut expresses notes of freshly baked biscuits, bright lemon curd, yellow apple, and toasted almonds, with intriguing brioche and white flower nuances.
