Milam & Greene Triple Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a distinctive blend crafted by master distiller Marlene Holmes and her team, distilling in both Blanco, Texas and Bardstown, Kentucky. The mash bill consists of 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% barley, fermented with a proprietary yeast recipe. The whiskey is aged in barrels across three states — including 2-3 year Texas bourbon, 3-4 year Tennessee straight bourbon, and 10-11 year Tennessee straight bourbon — before being batched, proofed, and bottled in Texas.

Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), this triple cask blend earned a Double Gold medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. On the nose, expect cinnamon, cedar, hazelnut, oak, vanilla, and floral honey. The palate delivers dried fig, baking spices, tobacco leaf, sandalwood, apple, honey, and creamy vanilla reminiscent of shortbread cookies. The finish is long and warming with chocolate, hazelnut, and lingering spicy oak.
