Milam & Greene Very Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a bold, limited-release Texas bourbon crafted by the Milam & Greene Distillery in Blanco, Texas. The distillery is led by CEO Heather Greene and master distiller Marlene Holmes, who produce their whiskeys using a combination of copper pot stills and classic column stills, along with a proprietary yeast recipe and mash bill. Aging takes place in rickhouses across multiple states to develop a diverse range of flavors.

This Very Small Batch expression is released biannually due to its time-consuming production process. It combines bourbon barrels from Kentucky and Tennessee — aged for just shy of four years — with French oak staves steeped in tawny port wine and Milam & Greene's own award-winning rye whiskey. The result is bottled at 108 proof (54% ABV). Tasting notes include vanilla, candied pecans, and dried figs, with a nose of sweet jammy dark fruits and French toast aromas, a fruit-forward palate evolving into fresh baked biscuit flavors, and a long, lingering finish.
