Château Grand Boise Cuvée 1610 is a white wine from the Côtes de Provence appellation, crafted from a blend of Vermentino and Sémillon grapes. The estate traces its origins to 1610 and spans 500 hectares of forests and woods in the village of Trets, with 40 hectares dedicated to vineyards farmed using organic and biodynamic methods. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in 500-litre amphorae and demi-muids to preserve the expression of the terroir.
On the nose, the wine reveals fruity and spicy notes. The palate offers exotic fruit and lemon flavors, finishing with a peppery, mineral character. The Sémillon contributes richness and volume, while the Vermentino brings elegance and length. At 13% alcohol, it pairs well with shellfish, rich fish like salmon and tuna, lean fish, mushrooms, and goat's milk cheese. Contains sulfites.
