Boars' View is a world-class Pinot Noir estate established in 2007 by founder Fred Schrader alongside proprietors David and Judy Steiner. The vineyard sits on two ridgelines within the Fort Ross–Seaview AVA of California's West Sonoma Coast, where wild boars once roamed freely across its hilltop terrain. The estate is farmed by Ulises Valdez Sr. and the wines are crafted by renowned winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown.

This Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir delivers a compelling expression of its cool-climate origins. The wine is known for its lush, richly flavored, and bright character typical of West Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, with a dark ruby hue and aromatic notes of dark cherry, boysenberry, plum, and wild herbs layered over crushed rock and mineral complexity. The palate shows dense, layered fruit with mouth-watering acidity, structured tannins, and a long, focused finish.

The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, including the California Heritage Clone, and aged in French oak barrels. It has received consistent critical acclaim with scores in the 94–96+ range from leading publications. The Sonoma Coast designation reflects the maritime-influenced growing conditions that define the vineyard's elegant, structured style.
