JUSTIN Justification is a Bordeaux-inspired red blend crafted by JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, California. This 3-liter format delivers the equivalent of four standard 750ml bottles, making it ideal for entertaining or long-term cellaring.

The wine presents a dark ruby purple core with blue-black secondary hues and thick, staining tears. On the nose it is aromatic and complex, offering ripe red cherry, black currant, and berry fruit layered with vanilla, cinnamon, licorice, cedar, graphite, oak, leather, and a subtle hint of camphor. On the palate it is medium-plus to full-bodied and dry, with ripe cherry and cassis on entry, joined by baking spice and cedar at the mid-palate and rounded out by complex savory and herbal elements. The finish is long, balanced, and clean, with returning red and black fruit framed by fine, mouth-filling tannins.

Typically blended from Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the JUSTIFICATION is elegant with a perfect balance of fruit, savory, and textural elements. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, duck confit, pan-seared steak with red wine shallot sauce, and other hearty dishes. Approximately 15% ABV.
