Château Pichon Bellevue Graves de Vayres Blanc is a white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon from a 50-hectare estate on the left bank of the Dordogne, southwest of Libourne. The vineyards sit on gravelly slopes of old alluvial terraces, with 10 hectares dedicated to white grape varieties.

This wine displays a brilliant pale straw-yellow color with an aromatic nose of intense floral notes and exotic fruits. The Sauvignon Blanc contributes a fruity attack with subtle citrus character, while the Sémillon adds honeyed flavors, length, and richness on the palate. It has 13% alcohol content and contains sulfites. The wine pairs well with crustaceans, fish, poultry, pork, and appetizers, or enjoyed simply as an apéritif.
