Domaine Thomas & Fils Pinot Noir Sancerre is a red wine from the prestigious Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley, France, crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes. The Thomas family has been cultivating vines in Sancerre since 1670, with Julien Thomas representing the 13th generation to steward the estate. The domaine farms approximately 16 hectares, and converted to organic and biodynamic practices in 2012, using only indigenous yeast for fermentation.
