The Calling "Our Tribute" Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red wine sourced from Moon Mountain District, Sonoma County, crafted as a tribute to the fathers who inspired the winemakers — Jim, Peter, and James MacPhail — to pursue their calling in life. The wine is grown by a small family grower on Moon Mountain's steep, rocky terrain on the southern end of the Mayacamas mountain range, an appellation known for producing some of Sonoma County's finest Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2021 vintage presents a dark, brooding red in the glass with aromas of ripe black fruits, powerful spice, and sweet vanilla. The palate is complex and elegant, with bold fruit, hints of baking spice, polished tannins, and a long, rich finish. The wine is aged 20 months in 100% French oak (60% new), with an alcohol content of 15.5%. Grapes are hand-sorted and gently crushed, then undergo native-yeast fermentation followed by extended maceration to soften the tannins. Malolactic fermentation occurs in barrel, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve complexity.
