The Yountville Ranch Vineyard is nestled between Oakville and Oak Knoll in the Yountville AVA, where a warm climate moderated by fog and cool breezes from San Pablo Bay produces elegant, supple reds with complex, finely-knit tannins. The estate is certified 100% Napa Green Land and 100% Napa Green Winery. Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is fermented in stainless steel with extended skin contact and aged in French oak, yielding a well-structured wine with bright red fruit character, notes of strawberry, red apple, white pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla, finishing with Yountville's classic dense, chewy tannins.
